    So This being known, Why is it if a client misses an appointment then calls to reschedule later are they shocked, even offended to find they have lost their original deposit?. Are we under the impression that it is a credit to be used at anytime...Or perhaps they left the part out about how a deposit works on La Ink?. People, I dont wanna sound like an asshole, but If you have an appointment then call the night b4 after hours to say you cant come, you lose your deposit...Can I rebook your spot with that notice?, NO!. So now I am also out of pocket. I truly believe that 48hrs notice is and acceptable even super fair requirement. Please comment and let me know how you feel.
